We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your class. If after your first session you feel the level isn’t the right fit — whether it feels too advanced, too familiar, or not aligned for any reason — please reach out to us right away.
When you contact us immediately after your first class, we can often transfer you to a different level or class (if space allows).
If we do not hear from you after your first class, we are unable to offer transfers or credits later in the semester.
Your experience matters to us — please don’t wait to tell us.

We understand that circumstances can change. If for any reason you need to cancel your enrollment, here is our refund policy:
Cancellation requests received seven [7] days before the class start date will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation requests received between one [1] and [6] days before the class start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations when class starts.
All refunds will be charged a 6% processing fee.
You may extend your registration for up to 3 months for any reason before classes start. Once class begins, there are no refunds.
Please note that all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@signlanguagecenter.com. Refunds will be processed within five [5] business days of receiving your request.

Per our new policy, we are happy to offer 1 makeup class throughout each semester, either on zoom or in-person. View the options on the makeup page, then email contact@signlanguagecenter.com to reserve your spot in class. Otherwise, we are happy to provide a zoom class recording for additional missed classes.
Please note that in-person makeup classes are only valid for the same week that you have missed! Zoom class recordings may be requested anytime throughout the semester.

If you withdraw from classes for any reason within the first week of the semester we will credit your tuition, valid for up to 90 days. This applies to both in-person classes and Zoom classes.
When you are ready to enroll in class again, send us an email with which date/time/level you'd like to join! Just make sure to email us well before the semester starts to ensure you get the spot you want.

Gift cards expire after 6 months. You can purchase a gift card right on our site.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify the instructor or email contact@signlanguagecenter.com within 24 hours before your session, otherwise you will be billed. The tutoring rates are non-refundable and valid for six months.
1 session - 30 Days // 6 sessions - 90 Days // 12 sessions - 120 Days
