Claudia Hernandez

Hi, my name is Claudia Hernandez. I’m a New York native passionate
about accessibility, inclusive education, and community wellness. At
the Sign Language Center, I’m excited to teach ASL while continuing my
journey toward becoming a social worker. My work blends strategic
planning and advocacy, creating visual tools that support Deaf and
Disabled communities. Being part of SLC lets me celebrate Deaf culture
and help students connect through the power of sign language.
